Handcrafted Division
- Premium, individually selected, hand peeled spruce logs
- Swedish cope lateral grooves and shrink to fit saddle notch joinery
- Fiberglass insulation for grooves and notches
- Kerf cuts in logs to minimize checking
- Flattening and slots cut in log walls, joists, roof members and top round to facilitate and all dimensional framing and finishes
- Sanding and clean up of any knots and logging scars
- Drilling of logs to accommodated electrical wiring, as well as mortising of logs to accept electrical boxes
- Window and door openings cut out including keyway cuts and bevels
- Log ends cut per detail and sanded
